Depositing and Withdrawing Funds

Go to Trading → Fund Account. Deposits and withdrawals use ACH through your linked bank (via Plaid).

Linking your bank

• Choose an existing linked account or connect a new one through Plaid's secure flow.
• Some institutions use instant verification (credentials); others may use micro-deposits — two small credits that you confirm by amount in the app.
• Micro-deposit verification can add 1–2 business days before the link is fully active.

Deposits (ACH)

Enter an amount and submit. Standard ACH takes 1–3 business days to settle; buying power updates after settlement. Quick amount buttons ($100, $500, $1,000, $5,000) speed up entry.

Withdrawals

Open the Withdraw tab, pick the bank, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals follow the same ACH rails — expect several business days before funds hit your external account.

History & limits

The History tab lists every transfer with status (pending, completed, failed). Your broker (Alpaca) may impose daily or monthly transfer limits; the UI surfaces errors if a transfer is rejected.
