How to Place a Trade

Navigate to Trading → Trade tab. Select Buy or Sell at the top. Search for a stock by typing its ticker or company name — results appear in a live dropdown showing the symbol, full name, and whether fractional shares are available.

Select your order type (Market executes immediately at current price, Limit executes only at your specified price or better). Choose between Shares (whole or fractional) or Dollars (invest a specific dollar amount).

Set the duration (Day expires at market close, Good Til Canceled stays open). Review and submit your order.
