The Ezana API lets you pull Ezana data into your own tools. It is being rolled out gradually: access is granted on request, and the Settings API tab is a preview of where your keys and usage will live. Self-serve key creation in Settings is not currently available.
Step-by-step
- Open the Ezana API page and read the documentation preview. Endpoints still being built are marked coming soon.
- Select Request API access and describe the data you need and your expected volume.
- Wait to hear back from the team. Approved requests get a scoped key tied to an access tier.
- Send the key in an
Authorization: Bearerheader with each request. - Keep the key secret, and contact the team right away if it leaks.
What the API covers
- Congressional trading.
- Lobbying, campaign finance, and government contracts.
- Prediction markets.
- Market data and cross-dataset signals.
Things to know
- Plans: the pricing page lists API access by plan, from none on Free to full access on Enterprise. You can also email api@ezana.world.
- Settings, then API shows sections for your API key, monthly usage, endpoints, and a webhook URL. During the rollout these sections are placeholders, not a live key.
- Requests are rate limited per key, and errors return a standard HTTP status with a JSON body.
- Brokerage connections are managed separately: start from + Add Portfolio on the Home page.
Troubleshooting
- No API tab in Settings? In a Team Hub organization, the API tab is visible to executives only.
- 401 errors? Check the Bearer header and confirm your key was issued and is active.
- 429 errors? You hit the rate limit. Slow down, cache results, and batch requests.
