To get a copy of your Ezana data, submit a privacy request from Settings. The team handles each request and replies to your account email. A one-click download of your full account is not currently available.
Step-by-step
- Go to Settings → Privacy & data.
- Under “What would you like to request?”, choose View or receive a copy, or Data portability for a structured, machine-readable format where applicable.
- Add details in the optional box, for example the data or format you need.
- Submit. You will see “Your request was submitted.”
- Track progress in your request history on the same page.
What you’ll see
Each request in your history shows a status: Received, In progress, Completed, or Closed. The page also shows the email you are signed in with and your account type (standard user, partner, or organization member).
Other request types
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Delete my data, subject to legal retention needs.
- Restrict processing in certain situations.
- Other privacy request for anything else.
Mock Portfolio archives
When you reset your Mock Portfolio, the reset dialog lets you download a CSV of it first, straight to your device. The “Export Current Portfolio as CSV” button in Privacy & data is not currently available and points you to that reset option instead.
Troubleshooting
- Request still “Received”? It is in the queue. The team responds by email.
- Need a specific format? Say so in the details box.
- Planning to delete your account? Request your copy first, and wait until the request shows Completed before you delete.
- Submit button shows an error? Check your connection and try again. If it keeps failing, email contact@ezana.world from your account address.
