Ezana has a Free access level and four paid plans: Personal, Personal Advanced, Family, and Professional. Each paid plan can be billed monthly or annually, and your first paid subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You compare and choose plans on the Plans page, reached from Settings, then Plan, then View plans & checkout.
The tiers
- Free ($0): delayed market news, 1 watchlist (3 slots), read-only Community, Learning Center basics, and a $10K mock portfolio.
- Personal ($5/month or $48/year): basic market data, watchlists, and the daily newsletter.
- Personal Advanced ($19/month or $180/year): everything in Personal, plus advanced analytics and real-time alerts. Marked as the popular pick.
- Family ($49/month or $468/year): everything in Personal Advanced, up to 5 family members, and shared portfolios.
- Professional ($119/month or $1,140/year): everything in Family, plus API access, priority support, and custom reports.
How it works
- Open the Plans page and choose Monthly or Annual.
- Click Start free trial on the plan you want.
- Enter your card on the secure Stripe checkout. A card is required even during the trial.
- You return to Ezana with the plan active. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Choosing a tier
- Just exploring? Stay on Free, or start Personal, the lightest paid plan.
- Want real-time alerts and deeper analytics? Personal Advanced.
- Investing as a household? Family covers up to 5 members.
- Need API access? Professional.
Troubleshooting
- No trial offered? The free trial applies to your first subscription. If you already have an active or trialing subscription, a new checkout does not add another trial.
- Feature still locked after subscribing? Refresh or sign out and back in so your account picks up the new plan.
- Checkout button disabled? That plan is temporarily unavailable. Try again later or contact support.
