The Home Terminal Layout

2 min read

Home is where you land after signing in. It is laid out like a financial broadsheet: a greeting and portfolio summary at the top, followed by numbered bands for performance, positions, markets, the event calendar, and market intelligence.

What Home shows

  • The hero: a greeting, your portfolio value and change, your Day streak out of 30 (with “1.5× ELO active” once the streak multiplier is on), and your ELO rating and tier.
  • I. Lately on Ezana: your performance over the selected period.
  • II. Positions & progress: Holdings, a Sector breakdown, Position P&L, and your Watchlist.
  • III. Markets pulse: S&P 500 sectors over the selected period.
  • IV. The schedule: upcoming events you can filter by Earnings, Dividends, IPOs, Economic, Capitol, Crypto, and Commodities.
  • V. Intelligence: Market opportunities, the Congressional tracker, and top movers today or this week.

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in. You land on Home by default; the Ezana logo in the navigation bar also brings you back.
  2. Scan the hero for your value, streak, and ELO.
  3. Check Holdings and your Watchlist in band II.
  4. Select a ticker link to open its price chart.
  5. Filter The schedule to the event types you care about.
  6. Jump into Research, Trading, or Community from the navigation bar.

Things to know

  • Home and the Dashboard (in the navigation bar) are different pages. The Dashboard holds cards such as Total Profits and Recent Transactions.
  • Team Hub organization members go to Team Hub instead of Home.
  • The Power-User Terminal is a separate page, scheduled for the v1.0 launch.

Troubleshooting

  • Holdings empty? Link a brokerage or open Mock Trading to build a portfolio.
  • Crowded on mobile? The bands stack vertically on small screens; scroll to see each one.
  • Streak not updating? Days are counted in UTC, so your streak may tick over at a different local time.
