Partner approval does not automatically let you publish on Ezana Echo. Echo Writer is a separate approval: you apply once from Content Studio, the editorial team reviews your experience and samples, and once you are approved the article editor replaces the application form.
Step-by-step
- Open Content Studio → Ezana Echo.
- If you are not yet approved, you see the Apply to Write for Ezana Echo form.
- Describe your writing experience: publications, years of experience, and relevant credentials. This field is required.
- Paste links to 2–3 published finance articles you have written, one per line.
- Pick a specialization (Market Analysis, Investing & Portfolio, Trading Strategies, Cryptocurrency, Economy & Policy, Financial Education, or Politics & Markets) and add a portfolio or website URL if you have one.
- Explain why you want to write for Ezana Echo, then submit.
What happens next
- Under review: the Ezana Echo tab shows “Application Under Review” with your submission date. Review typically takes 2–3 business days.
- Approved: the tab switches to the article editor and a list of your articles. The Echo Writer badge is tied to this approval.
- Not approved: the tab shows the reviewer’s notes if any were left, and a Reapply button.
Troubleshooting
- Form won’t submit? Writing experience is required. Fill it in and include working sample links so reviewers can assess your work.
- “Only partners can apply” error? Echo applications are open to active partners. Finish partner approval first.
- No editor after approval? Refresh Content Studio or sign out and back in.
- Not approved? Read the notes, strengthen your samples, and reapply. The default message suggests waiting 30 days with updated samples.
