Echo Publishing Workflow for Partners

2 min read

Ezana Echo is where partners publish market analysis to Ezana readers. This article walks through the full workflow, from applying for Echo Writer status to seeing your article live, and it all happens in the Ezana Echo tab of Creator Studio.

Step-by-step

  1. Apply for Echo Writer. Open Creator Studio → Ezana Echo. Describe your writing experience, paste links to at least two published finance articles, and optionally pick a specialization, add a portfolio URL, and say why you want to write. Review typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
  2. Draft. Once approved, the editor appears. Add a title, category, optional cover image URL, a one or two sentence excerpt, and the body in markdown. You can also add the article to a series.
  3. Save. Click Save Draft as often as you like. After the first save you can credit co-authors by username.
  4. Submit. Click Submit for Review. Articles need at least 100 words. The editorial team aims to review within 24 to 48 hours.
  5. Publish. Approved articles appear in the Echo feed and on your author page.

What you’ll see

Below the editor, Your Articles lists each piece with its category and status, such as draft, submitted, or published. Click Edit to reopen one. The live word count sits at the top of the editor so you can check the 100-word minimum before submitting.

Troubleshooting

  • No editor, only an application form. You are not yet an approved Echo Writer.
  • Submit fails with a word count error. Add content until you pass 100 words.
  • Application not approved. Use Reapply with stronger samples.
  • Co-author field is disabled. Save a draft first.
