Content Studio, labeled Creator Studio in the app, is the partner workspace for what you publish on Ezana. You open it from the Partner Hub. It has five tabs, and they are at different stages: the Ezana Echo and Videos tabs are working tools, while My Courses, Analytics, and Reviews currently show sample content that previews the planned layout.
How it works
- My Courses shows Published Courses and Drafts panels. The courses listed are samples, and a self-serve course builder is not currently available.
- Videos lets you upload lesson videos, follow their processing status, preview them, and delete them, once video hosting is enabled for your account.
- Ezana Echo is where you apply for Echo Writer status and, once approved, write, save, and submit articles.
- Analytics shows course charts built from sample data.
- Reviews shows sample student reviews.
The stat row at the top (Total Students, Course Revenue, Avg. Rating, Completion Rate) is also sample data. As each tool launches, its tab will switch from sample content to your own work, and the help articles for that tab will be updated.
Step-by-step
- From the Partner Hub, open Creator Studio.
- Choose the Ezana Echo tab.
- If you are not yet a writer, fill in the application and submit it.
- Once approved, use the editor to draft an article and click Save Draft.
- Click Submit for Review when it is ready and at least 100 words long.
- Find it under Your Articles with its current status.
Troubleshooting
- Editor missing. You need Echo Writer approval first.
- Video tab says hosting is not configured. Uploads switch on automatically once hosting is enabled.
- Course Edit buttons do nothing. Expected. Those are sample courses.
- Draft lost. Click Save Draft before leaving the page.
