After you submit a partner application, it moves through verification and review before your partner features unlock. Here is what happens at each stage and how long it usually takes.
How it works
- Pending verification: the confirmation page says a verification link has been sent to your email. The link is valid for 72 hours.
- Pending documents: once you open the link, your email is verified and you are asked for a government-issued ID and proof of financial activity.
- Under review: after both documents are uploaded, the team checks your background, experience, and fit with Ezana’s compliance standards (for example, no guaranteed-return marketing).
- Decision: approved or not approved. You will hear back at the email on your application.
How long it takes
Most applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days of reaching Under review. Applications that need extra checks can take longer.
After approval
- Sign in through the partner sign-in page. The partner interface opens with Home, Dashboard, Community, and Content Studio.
- Complete your profile, then add a bank account in Settings → Payouts (see Payout Accounts and Tax Forms). Tax forms are not currently available in the app.
- While partner features roll out, many figures on the partner Dashboard and Home pages are sample data, not your real results.
- Some capabilities, such as Echo Writer status (applied for in Content Studio) or API access, need a separate application.
Troubleshooting
- Link expired? After 72 hours, resubmit the application form.
- Told an application is already in progress? Use the link from your original email instead of starting over.
- Uploads failing? Use a PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, or HEIC file of 10MB or less.
- “Access Denied” at partner sign-in? The account is not yet a partner. Sign in as a regular user until you are approved.
