Your payment method is stored and managed by Stripe, our payment processor. Ezana shows you which card is on file in Settings, then Billing, and you add, replace, or remove cards and update your billing address in the Stripe billing portal.
Ezana never sees or stores your full card number. It only receives the card brand, last four digits, and expiry date so it can show you which card is being used.
Step-by-step
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Under Payment method, check the card on file, shown as brand, last four digits, and expiry.
- Click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
- Add a new card, make it your default, or remove an old one.
- Update your billing address if needed.
- Return to Ezana. The Billing panel shows the updated default card.
Accepted cards
Major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your default card is used for all subscription charges.
Troubleshooting
- “No billing account yet”? You add your first card during checkout. Click View plans to start.
- “No default payment method on file”? Add one in the Stripe portal and set it as default.
- Card declined? Confirm the number, expiry, and CVC, and check with your bank that online or international charges are allowed.
- Can’t remove a card? An active subscription needs a card. Add a replacement first.
- Charges in a different currency? Plans are priced in US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion fee.
