Every charge on your Ezana plan creates an invoice, so you can review what you paid and get a copy for expense reports or tax records. Your recent invoices are listed in Settings, and each one links to a full invoice page hosted by Stripe.
Step-by-step
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Scroll to the Billing history section.
- Review the table. It lists your 12 most recent invoices with the date, description, status, and amount.
- Click an invoice description to open its hosted invoice page in a new tab.
- From that page, download or print the invoice or receipt.
Reading the table
- Date: when the invoice was created.
- Description: the plan and period being billed, for example your monthly subscription.
- Status: for example paid, or open if a payment is still due.
- Amount: the total, shown in the invoice currency.
Because every invoice for your subscription is listed here, the table is the quickest way to confirm what you were billed, when, and whether the payment went through.
Troubleshooting
- “No billing account yet”? Invoices appear after your first checkout.
- “No invoices yet”? During a free trial there may be no charge to show until the trial converts.
- Need an older invoice? Only the 12 most recent are listed in Settings. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe portal, or email contact@ezana.world with the date and amount.
- A charge looks wrong? Open the invoice to see its line items. Plan changes can add an adjustment line.
- “Failed to load billing details”? Refresh the page. If it persists, contact support.

Q: Can I get a VAT or GST invoice?
A: The hosted invoice includes the details most filings need. Email support if you need a specific tax field added.
Q: How far back does history go?
A: Settings shows your 12 most recent invoices. The Stripe billing portal, opened with Manage billing, also lists your invoice history.
Q: Is the invoice the same as a receipt?
A: A paid invoice confirms payment, and the hosted page also offers a receipt download.
