Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel any paid Ezana plan yourself from Settings → Plan. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page and confirm in the dialog.

What happens next

  • You keep full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • On the day after that period ends, your account downgrades automatically — you keep access to the free Starter tier and your data (watchlists, paper portfolio, badges, learning progress).
  • If you connected a real brokerage, that connection stays in place; it doesn't require a paid plan.

Refunds

Mid-period cancellations are not refunded — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, email contact@ezana.world with the charge date and amount and we'll make it right.

Reactivating

You can resubscribe at any time from Settings → Plan. Your previous data is untouched — no setup required.

Deleting vs canceling

Canceling stops billing. Deleting removes your account and all associated data. These are separate actions.
