The partner application takes about five minutes to fill in, but it has three stages and asks for documents you may need to find first. Use this checklist to confirm you are eligible, gather what the form and the review team need, and know what to expect after you submit.
Eligibility
- At least 2 years of investing or trading experience, with a track record you can show.
- A valid government-issued ID: passport, driver’s license or national ID.
- Proof of financial activity: a brokerage statement, a CFA, CFP or FRM certification, or other professional credentials.
- Willingness to publish strategies, courses or articles on Ezana.
- A clean regulatory history, with no SEC, FINRA or equivalent actions or sanctions.
Step-by-step
- Screening form. Open the partner application from the Partner Program page. Required fields are your full legal name, email address, partner type (Trader, Content Creator, Affiliate or Financial Advisor) and why you want to become a partner. Optional fields cover phone, location, years of experience, role, firm, LinkedIn, trading style, assets under management, markets traded, certifications, your content plan and how you heard about Ezana.
- Email verification. Click the verification link sent to your email. It expires after 72 hours; if it lapses, submit the form again.
- Identity and documents. Upload your government ID and your proof of financial activity. Both are required, each must be a PDF, JPG or PNG, and each can be up to 10MB.
- Review. Once both documents are in, your application moves to review. The team aims to decide within 5–7 business days and emails you the result.
What reviewers look for
Reviewers check your application against the eligibility list above: that your ID and financial document are legible and match the name you applied under, that your experience and credentials support the partner type you chose, and that your answers about why you want to join and what you plan to share describe content that fits Ezana. Filling in the optional fields, especially LinkedIn and certifications, gives reviewers more to verify.
Things to know
- You cannot submit a second application for the same email while one is waiting for verification, documents or review.
- An email that already has an approved partner account cannot apply again.
- Copy-trading commissions are marked coming soon; they go live when brokerage trading launches on Ezana.

FAQ
Q: I never received the verification email. What now?
A: Check your spam folder first. If nothing arrived, email partners@ezana.world from the address you applied with.
Q: Can I apply without a certification?
A: Yes. A brokerage statement also counts as proof of financial activity.
Q: Can I reapply if I am not approved?
A: The form only blocks emails with an application in progress or an approved account, so you can submit again later.
