Badges are visible markers of your standing on Ezana. Status badges such as Verified Partner and Echo Writer tie to approvals, and tiered achievement badges mark milestones in performance, content, community, education, and impact. You can see the full catalogue, and which badges you hold, from the Badges tab in your Community Hub.
How it works
- Open Community in the Partner Hub and select the Badges tab.
- The header shows how many badges you have earned out of the total available, with a progress bar.
- Use the category buttons to filter the grid, or choose All.
- Earned badges appear in full colour with the date you earned them. Badges you have not earned yet appear dimmed with a Locked label.
The categories
- Status: Verified Partner (partner approval) and Echo Writer (Echo writer approval).
- Performance: portfolio return milestones from 10% (Rising Tide) to 200% (Legendary Returns).
- Content: total article reads from 100 to 100,000.
- Community: follower count from 50 to 25,000.
- Education: course students from 25 to 10,000.
- Impact: users who achieved returns from your strategies, from 10 to 1,000.
Tiered badges run Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The catalogue can include further badges beyond these, and the Badges tab always shows the current list.
Things to know
- Badges are awarded, not claimed. There is no button to request a badge; earned badges appear on the Badges tab when they are recorded on your account.
- Impact badges depend on copy trading, which is on the roadmap, so they are not reachable yet.
- Numbers can lag. Reads and follower counts are not reflected instantly, so allow some time after crossing a threshold.
Troubleshooting
- Tab stuck on Loading badges? Refresh the page. If it persists, sign out and back in.
- Crossed a milestone but still Locked? Give it a day, then contact support with the badge name if it has not updated.
