Partner earnings are paid out monthly by bank transfer. You set everything up, and track every payout, from the Payouts tab in Settings, which appears once your partner account is active.
Step-by-step
- Open Settings → Payouts.
- Under Payout account, choose Connect with Plaid for instant verification, or Enter details manually.
- For manual entry, add the bank name, account holder name, routing number, and account number, then save.
- Check the account status: Active means it is ready; Pending verification means it is still being verified.
- Payouts then run monthly on the first business day, and each one is listed under Payout history.
What you’ll see
- Pending: the total of payouts that are pending or processing.
- Lifetime paid: the total of all completed payouts.
- Schedule: monthly, first business day.
- Payout history: the date, the earning period covered, the status (pending, processing, paid, or failed), and the amount.
Before your first earning period closes, the history reads “No payouts yet.” That is normal for new partners.
Troubleshooting
- No Payouts tab? It only shows for active partners. Sign out and back in after approval.
- “Partner access required”? Your partner account is not active yet, or has been paused. Contact support.
- Manual routing number rejected? US routing numbers are nine digits and must pass a checksum. Re-enter it from a cheque or your bank’s website.
- A payout shows failed? Verify your bank details, reconnect the account if needed, and see Payout Problems and How to Fix Them.
- Dashboard payout history differs? The Partner Dashboard shows preview data. The Payouts tab is your real record.
