Team Hub is the workspace for organizations on Ezana, built around investment clubs and student-managed funds. Members sign in through their organization, work from one shared fund book, and see tools that match their role.
Who can use it
Team Hub appears at the front of the navigation for members of a registered organization. Organizations are set up with Ezana directly: the Enterprise plan, which includes Team Hub organization management, is arranged by contacting enterprise@ezana.world. If your university is not registered, the organization sign-in page says so; email orgsupport@ezana.world.
How it works
- Roles: Executive, Portfolio Manager, and Analyst, each with its own permissions and guided tour.
- Workspace areas: Org Chart, Pitch Pipeline, Trading Desk, Fund Analytics, Assignments, Research Library, Meetings, Recognition, Grades, Trading Competitions, Cohorts, Compliance, Reports, Team Permissions, and Command Center.
- One fund book: every fund view reads the same organization positions, so everyone sees the same numbers.
- Administration: Executives get Settings, then Organization with Members & Roles, Invite & Onboarding, Teams & Sectors, Fund Configuration, Cohorts, Branding, and Audit Log.
Step-by-step
- Sign in through the organization login with your organization email.
- Complete onboarding and the role tour.
- Open Team Hub from the navigation.
- Work from the areas your role can see.
- Executives: invite members and assign roles under Settings → Organization.
Troubleshooting
- Don’t see Team Hub? Your account is not a member of a registered organization. Ask your organization administrator for an invite.
- “Executive access is required”? Only Executives can manage the organization.
- A member can’t see an area? Check their role and whether they are marked Inactive.

FAQ
Q: Is Team Hub the same as the Family plan?
A: No. Family covers a household with shared watchlists and portfolios; Team Hub is for organizations and comes with the Enterprise plan.
Q: Can I create an organization myself?
A: Not from the app. Contact enterprise@ezana.world to set one up.
Q: Does Team Hub replace my personal account?
A: Organization members use a separate organization sign-in, and consumer trial and plan limits do not apply to them.
