Geopolitical Events Feed (ISR)
The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) panel on the Global Analysis page is a live feed of geopolitical events pulled from GDELT — the Global Database of Events, Language, and Tone.
What the pulsating dots mean
Each pulsating dot on the map is a recent event cluster. The dot's color encodes severity (green/yellow/red) and the pulse rate encodes how fresh it is — faster pulses are newer events.
Filters
- Country: scope the feed to one or more countries.
- Topic: military, diplomatic, economic, energy, protest, other.
- Severity: include only events above a chosen severity threshold.
The Polymarket overlay
Articles with a blue Polymarket badge are linked to an active prediction market. Click the badge to see the current odds — useful for gauging how traders are pricing a potentially-market-moving event.
GDELT updates continuously; the feed on Ezana refreshes every few minutes.
