A standalone Learning Report and completion certificates are not currently available on Ezana. Your learning record lives on the Learning Center page itself: your Learning ELO, rating history, session metrics, track tiers, and badges. This article shows where to find each one.
How it works
- Learning ELO: a rating that rises as you complete lessons and quizzes, with a Rating history chart and a ladder showing your tier.
- Session metrics: best streak, current streak, lessons today, time studied today, active tracks, and badges earned, plus a weekly streak.
- Your tracks: a table of your learning tracks, each at a tier from Bronze through Silver and Gold to Platinum, with your main track marked.
- Learning badges: course topic badges, shown on their own page.
Step-by-step
- Open Learning Center from the navigation bar.
- Read your Learning ELO and the Rating history chart at the top.
- Check Session metrics for today’s progress and your streaks.
- Scroll to Your tracks to see your tier in each track.
- Open the Learning badges page to see the badges you have earned.
Things to know
- Lessons include quizzes, and quiz results feed your progress.
- The Daily quest and Recommended up next sections suggest what to do next.
- If your organization assigns courses, they appear in the Learning Center as well.
- A downloadable report or certificate is not currently available.
Troubleshooting
- “Not enough rating history to chart yet”? Complete a few lessons and the chart fills in.
- “Couldn’t load Learning Center”? Refresh the page. If it keeps happening, sign out and back in.
- Progress missing on another device? Make sure you are signed in to the same account.
