How Copier Metrics Update in Real Time

Your Partner Dashboard shows several copier metrics that refresh on different cadences:

Refresh schedule

• Total Copiers / New This Week — updates the moment a user starts or stops copying you.
• AUM — recalculated every 15 minutes based on copier portfolio values.
• Monthly Return — recalculated nightly using the close prices of all positions in your strategy.
• Total Earnings — accrued continuously but locked at month-end for the next payout.

How AUM differs from copier dollars

AUM measures the total dollar value copiers have allocated to follow your strategies — not the dollar value of those copiers' total portfolios. A copier with $50,000 in their account who allocates $5,000 to copying you contributes $5,000 to your AUM.

When metrics may briefly mismatch

During market hours, Copier Count updates instantly but Earnings and AUM use the most recent quote refresh. A 15-minute lag in earnings figures during high-volatility periods is normal.
